Arizona Community Dental Clinic
The Arizona Community Dental Clinic Rebuilds Healthy Lives by providing low-cost dental care for seniors, individuals with a special need, and working poor families who otherwise have no access to care.
The Arizona Community Dental Clinic is an IRS 501c3 determined charity. Tax ID #46-0715037
The Arizona Community Dental Clinic provides high-quality dental treatment through volunteer dentists and dental professionals to patients who financially qualify at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below.
Extractions, general dentistry, root canals, hygiene services, and laboratory services (dentures, partials, crowns, etc.) are services provided at ACDC, among many more.
Each visit costs our patients between $25 and $50. Laboratory services come at an additional, yet extremely reduced, cost.
The Arizona Community Dental Clinic is able to provide such high-quality dental care to vulnerable populations thanks to outstanding volunteer dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, residents from local hospitals, dental students, and pre-dental students. ACDC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and cannot provide services based on patient visit payments alone–individual, foundation, and corporation donations are graciously welcomed and much needed to sustain operations.
