If you are experiencing a dental emergency without resources to pay for an extraction or filling, consider visiting the Arizona Community Dental Clinic. Conveniently located on the light rail and bus stops in Central Phoenix, the clinic is open on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or by appointment.

In order to qualify for reduced fee dental treatment, you must provide proof that you/your family are at no more then 200% of the Federal Poverty Threshold. Present your SNAP, Medicaid Card, Social Security Disability Insurance, or most recent payroll stub (within the past three months). To help identify if you/your family fits the Federal Poverty Guidelines, go here.

*Patients are required to pay their own dental laboratory and pathology costs. No sedation services are available at this time.
